"Camera inspection finally revealed why we'd been having recurring drain issues for two years — root intrusion about 40 feet in. Trenchless repair, no yard damage, done in a day. Worth every dollar and far less disruptive than I expected."

"Sump pump failed during a storm warning. Tech arrived early the next morning with a replacement unit on the truck. Installed and tested before the storm hit. That timing probably saved my finished basement."

"I called late on a Sunday about a slow drain that had turned into a full backup. The dispatcher was calm and helpful, gave me a realistic wait time, and the tech showed up exactly when they said. Cleared the line, ran a camera check, found nothing else concerning. Quick, honest, and clean."

"Had an outdoor hose bib that had been slowly leaking for two seasons — I kept putting it off. Finally called Ultimate Plumbing LLC. Tech arrived on time, replaced the bib and the corroded copper section behind it, done in 45 minutes. Fair price, professional work."
